By downloading and using Noctula ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
Noctula grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
In-app purchase
The Lifetime Unlock is a one-time, non-refundable purchase (unless required by applicable law) that unlocks all premium features permanently for your Apple ID. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their standard App Store policies.
No medical advice
Noctula is a logging and tracking tool for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for concerns about your child's health or sleep.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noctula and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
